1. Customer Support Executive - 

Job Profile

• Resolve customer queries on phone and email
• Follow up on order status with internal teams.
• Follow up with customers regarding their order queries.
• Convert Cancelled and Pending orders by calling customers. ( converting leads)

Preferred Requirements & Key Skills- 

• Proficient in English and Hindi.
• Preferably experienced in dealing with Automotive spare parts. (optional)
• Good writing skills for chats and response to customer queries over email
• Computer proficiency.
• Graduate/ 10+2 from any Stream
• MS Excel knowledge.

2. Backend Operations Executive - 

Job Profile

• Process orders received. 
• Create shipment manifests for the orders received
• Follow up on pending orders and process them on priority.

Preferred Requirements & Key Skills

• Preferably experienced in dealing with Automotive spare parts or any commerce setup. (optional)
• Dynamic and swift operator.
• Computer proficiency.
• Graduate/ 10+2 from any Stream
• MS Excel knowledge.

3. Business Development Executive

Job Profile

• Assist the Business development team in implementing business strategies and finding innovative solutions to business processes. 
• Explore new opportunities and markets where the company can expand vertically or horizontally. 
• Advise cost optimisation strategies. 

Preferred Requirements & Key Skills

• Work Experience (2-4 Years)
• Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Business Studies.
• Preferably experienced in dealing with Automotive spare parts. (optional)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• MS Office proficiency.
